• Name: Required for account creation and personalization
• Photos: Images you upload as part of your diary entries
• Diary Content: Text entries and other content you create within the app

We do not:

• Collect information automatically through cookies or tracking technologies
• Gather device information, IP addresses, or location data
• Track your usage patterns or behavior within the app

We use your personal information solely for the following purposes:

• Service Provision: To provide and maintain our diary service
• Account Management: To create and manage your user account
• Content Display: To display your diary entries and photos back to you
• Communication: To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support when requested

We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any other purposes beyond providing the core diary functionality.

4.1 Storage Infrastructure

• Diary Data: Stored securely using DigitalOcean database services
• Photos: Stored securely using Supabase cloud storage services
• Data Location: Your data may be stored on servers located in various countries where our service providers operate

4.2 Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5.1 No Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes.

5.2 Service Providers

We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Service:

• Supabase: For secure image storage
• DigitalOcean: For database services

These service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and are prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us.

5.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal processes, such as a court order or government request.

6.1 Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data through the in-app feature. Upon deletion request:

• Your account will be permanently deleted
• All diary entries and photos will be removed from our systems
• We will retain no personal information except as required by law

6.2 Data Access and Correction

You can access and modify your personal information through your account settings within the app.

6.3 Communication Preferences

Since we do not send marketing communications, there are no communication preferences to manage.

Our Service is designed for parents to create diaries about their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you are under 13, do not use this Service or provide any personal information to us.

As we serve users globally without geographic restrictions, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than South Korea. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Service. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through the in-app feature.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
